Dwayne is the pastor in charge at Wellspring Church in Charlotte NC that he founded in 2007. Additionally, he is a part of the Acts 29 Network, where he works as director of Pastoral Care. Dwayne is, besides being pastor, is committed to educating the next generation. He serves on the board of directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the writer of numerous online publications and is a co-author of Christ Centered Biblical Counseling Changing Lives by God's Changeless Word (eds. Kelleman and Viars). Dwayne along with his wife Leslie have three children.
