Adelaide Clemens

Born and brought up in Brisbane Australia. Daughter of British father. Clemens began working as an actor on Australian television when she was in high school. She guest starred in an episode of Blue Water High, as Juliet, in 2006. The following year, she portrayed Alison on Pirate Islands: The Lost Treasure of Fiji. Clemens received the Graham Kennedy Award in 2008 at the Logie Awards, for playing Harper. Clemens was in Dream Life, a 2008 MTV Networks Australia drama film with Sigrid Thonton Xavier Sam Linda Cropper and Andrew McFarlane. Additionally, she played minor role in All Saints in 2009 and X-Men Origins Wolverine. Clemens was a model for the jewellery of Jan Logan in the same year. Clemens relocated to Los Angeles California after her 2009. Clemens played Xandrie in the movie Wasted on the Young. Clemens played Camilla Dickinson (2012) alongside Gregg Sulkin Cary Elwes Samantha Mathis. It was a dramatization of Madeleine L'Engle's 1951 novel that had the same name. Clemens portrayed Heather Mason as a teenager and was as well as Samantha Mathis in Silent Hill: Revelation 3D. The film's horror plot was based on the survival horror game Silent Hill 3 and was a sequel to Silent Hill.That year, Clemens also played the lead part as a young suffragette Valentine Wannop in Parade's End an adaptation for television from the Ford Madox Ford tetra-logy co-produced by HBO and BBC Two. Clemens was the main character in the film No One Lives, a 2012 horror film that starred Luke Evans. In 2013, she made an appearance in The Great Gatsby, based on F. Scott Fitzgerald's novel of the same name. The role she played was Catherine her sister Myrtle Wilson played by Isla Fisher. Clemens stars in Rectify 2013, a 2013 television miniseries produced by Ray McKinnon. She plays Tawney Telbot. Clemens will also be starring alongside Natalie Dormer Stephen Graham and Zachary Quinto in the independent drama The Girl Who Invented Kissing.
